How do I add a new account?
From any page within the Wealth Hub, you can click on the Add Account button. Each account will be displayed on the proper page within the Wealth Hub, no matter the page you were on when you added the account. You can also click Add Account from the left menu navigation and/or the Profile page.
How does Rainbook connect my accounts?
Rainbook uses a number of APIs to connect your accounts. The API Rainbook utilizes depends on the financial institution or investment fund that you are adding to your Rainbook.
How often does account information update?
Accounts will update every time you log into your Rainbook account. Most accounts will update a minimum of once per day.
What if I don't see my financial institution?
At the bottom of the Account Selector screen, click on "Add Manual Accounts" to add your asset or liability. Email connect@rainbook.com to request Rainbook to add the connection for dynamic access.
Is there a limit on how many accounts I can connect?
While other platforms might charge more for more accounts, this makes zero sense. To see the full picture, the investor requires a full picture! Rainbook does not limit the number of accounts an investor can connect.
What is an App-Specific password?
Institutions such as Wealthfront require a unique app-specific password to connect your account to another app/website such as Rainbook. e.g. https://support.wealthfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045750632
